  • This is an exciting opportunity for a unique individual to join our team in either London or Nashville to work with senior leaders in both business and technology to assist in identifying, structuring and driving meaningful progress on key initiatives for the company that will allow us to continue to maintain our position as both a leader and innovator in the industry.


  • Work closely with business to shape approaches to achieve goals or resolve problems
  • Define clear roles and responsibilities to deliver solutions to business problems
  • Ensure the team has a clear and agreed plan and timeline to meet their commitments
  • Orchestrate a process/cadence to ensure information flow between all parties involved
  • Assess and provide transparency on how things are progressing relative to the business goals/outcomes
  • Act as a first escalation point for issues/risks; resolve or frame appropriately for next level of escalation
  • Constantly assess and identify opportunities for the company to consider, both external and internal
  • Ensure business and technology are aligned and working closely together as needed
  • Proactively suggest and drive improvements to our project management framework and governance process
  • Provide expertise on program and project management discipline across the company as required

Required experience / skills /capabilities

  • 7+ years of experience, with at least 5 in program/project management capacity
  • Experience delivering projects across industries and problem spaces, including technology 
  • Goal aligned
  • Can orchestrate work between multiple people across disciplines
  • Holds people accountable
  • Deals well with ambiguity; can create order
  • Problem perception
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or higher)

Desirable experience / skills

  • Availability for travel to other [Bermuda/US/UK] offices
  • Experience of re-insurance and/or structured derivatives (ideally either insurance-linked or structured credit)
