Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with all aspects of team operations, including logistics for client meetings, team calls, offsite meetings and calendar management
  • Responsible for maintaining and managing team contact database and CRM software
  • Responsible for managing RFP/DDQ database
  • Develop and deliver tracking reports on team activity
  • Maintain pipeline tracker of investor flows
  • Manage performance reporting to consultant databases


Minimum Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Excel
  • Strong organization skills, initiative, ability to prioritize, and creativity with respect to problem-solving
  • Versatility and ability to work efficiently within a globally-distributed team
  • 2+ years relevant experience in financial services environment
  • Strong work ethic
