Job Description

Corporate Accountant for Larkspur, CA location. Prepare accurate and timely accounting and financial statements and supporting accounting financial information. Create daily journal entries, general ledger account reconciliations, and variance analysis to budget and forecast. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. Reconcile all corporate banking transactions, manage the accounting for accounts receivables and payable, and respond to various queries and requests from external and internal auditors. Prepare and submit statutory filings including quarterly tax estimates and year-end tax return.


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Master’s degree in Accounting plus two years of experience in Accounting OR Bachelor’s degree in Accounting plus five years of experience in Accounting required.
  • Required Skills: auditing monthly, quarterly, and annual closings in multiple jurisdictions, bank reconciliation, accounts payable, fixed asset addition; disposal and depreciation; revenue recognition; preparing financial statements; Purchase-to-Pay cycles; Revenue-to-Cash cycles;  GAAP & ASU research and analysis; investment analysis and revaluation; analyzing variances in financial statements. CPA Licensure required.
